The titanium cleaning process is very similar to the passivation process in which impurities, oxide recast layers (alpha-case), and other metallic stress are removed from the surface of the part.  This process creates a more corrosive resistant and durable part in addition to titanium's natural resistances.  We only use superior chemicals to produce superior parts.  All titanium parts are then oven dried, individually packed and sealed, ready for you to use.
